Working in an active urban environment, this project required careful planning to maintain access for both vehicles and pedestrians. ABC Roadworks developed a phased MOT plan that adapted to each stage of construction, minimizing disruption to surrounding businesses and residents.  

Traffic patterns were adjusted daily based on work zones, with clear signage and barriers guiding drivers safely through the area. Pedestrian pathways were maintained and redirected as needed, ensuring full site accessibility while construction progressed.
